Happy Tails was formed under the premise that all animals deserve a loving and caring home to call their own. We know there are millions of unwanted and abused animals cast off by society be we also know there are many people who feel the same way we do and are willing to open their hearts and home to love a pet.
Happy Tails does not own a shelter and relies solely on our wonderful volunteer foster homes who provide temporary care, shelter, and love for our pets until they find their "forever" homes.
